Early Bird Rate (Until February 28, 2025):

  • Product/Brand Exhibitors (Booth Size 5x10): $500

  • Food Trucks/Pop-Up Stalls: $1,000

Standard Rates (After March 1, 2025)

  • Restaurants/Restaurants (Booth Size 10x10): $1,000

  • Product/Brand Exhibitors (Booth Size 5x10): $650

  • Food Trucks/Pop-Up Stalls: $1,200

Add-On Options

  • Premium Location Add-On (Optional):

    • Prime Booth Location (Near stage, entrance, or high-traffic area): $200 additional fee

  • Electricity/Water Access (Optional):

    • Electricity Access: $100

    • Water Access: $50

  • Booth Includes 4 VIP Passes. For additional Staff Tickets:

    • Staff Pass: $50 per ticket
