By opening their doors for job tours, companies like NBC6/Telemundo, Burger King, Gilbert's Bakery, Maíz y Agave, The Four Seasons Hotel, and Coral Gables Police and Fire Rescue are providing hands-on experiences and career inspiration. Their involvement not only helps participants discover their strengths and interests but also fosters a sense of inclusion and opportunity for young adults with Autism and learning differences, empowering them to envision and achieve fulfilling careers.
